Celebrating Workplace Inclusion in 2025
In 2025, our community made meaningful strides toward building more inclusive workplaces across Banff and Lake Louise.
Together, 24 Employer Champions and 70 participating local workplaces completed an incredible 449 inclusion actions, positively impacting 5,933 full-time equivalent employees across our region.
These numbers represent more than milestones, they reflect a shared commitment to creating workplaces where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
As a founding co-creator and on-going supporter of the Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter led by the Bow Valley Immigration Partnership, we are proud to recognize the employers who stepped forward as leaders in workplace inclusion this year.
🥇 Gold Workplace Inclusion Champions
Leading in inclusion and establishing a framework for sustainable change. Gold Champions completed at least 14 of 16 inclusion actions in 2025, demonstrating a deep and sustained commitment to advancing inclusive practices. These employers are setting the standard and embedding inclusion into the core of their organizational culture.
